Terms and Policies

Returns Policy

Wheras I'm confident you'll love your new artwork, I do have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unusued and in its original packaging, with tags - and you will also require the receipt or proof of purchase.
 

If your return is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fine Art Prints: Prints are very delicate and I do store them carefully in my studio whilst in my possession. Most prints won't be suitable for re-sale upon return. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, I reserve the right to deny issuing a refund.

Originals: Original paintings aren't eligible for return. All original purchases are final.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

If damaged upon receiving the item, since originals are sent tracked and signed for and with appropriate insurance coverage, we will work together to contact the courier responsible to come up with a solution, which may take time to resolve.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Liability

We do not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.

All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided within before purchase.
